 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Just got back from an awesome extended weekend at this hidden gem tucked away in the far western tip of NC. Some may think it’s too far to visit from the mid state or eastern NC, but I will say it IS worth it. The drive there is incredible, the park is very well kept, some of the largest sites I’ve ever had. The owners and host were extremely personable, and some of the nicest folks you’ll meet. If you’re looking for lots of amenities and such, then this isn’t the place for you yet. If you’re looking for a simple, very clean, quite, very well laid out park with awesome views of the mountains then you’re in luck, and this will be a great getaway.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Our first visit to Foxfire was wonderful! Small campground with beautiful mountain views! Well maintained with friendly owners and helpful camp host (Vernon). All sites are Full-Hookup. On-site laundry and bathrooms with showers, very clean and require lock code for entry. Great WiFi. Such a relaxing week. Dog Park on-site for those with fur babies.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Nice campground with spacious sites, bathroom/shower/laundry facilities,  dog park and trails. Creekside sites are shaded in the afternoon. Owners were very friendly, as was Vernon the camp host.  Restaurants, breweries and shopping are 30 minutes away in Murphy.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This was our first time staying at an RV park, and I have a feeling this one is going to be hard to beat. Foxfire is a small, intimate park with only 18 sites, so it never feels crowded. There's plenty of open space for long walks with your furry friends, and a bench on top of the hill offers beautiful views that you can enjoy at your leisure.

The park is well-equipped with all the amenities you might need, including clean bathrooms, showers, laundry facilities, and firewood for the firepits, which are conveniently located at every site. One of the highlights of our stay was meeting all the owners, which made our experience feel even more personal.

Vernon, our camp host, was amazing. He was eager to assist us in any way he could and even saved the day when we had trouble with our oven. We’ll definitely be coming back!
